"Mossback's Northwest" was KCTS 9/Crosscut's first — and now longest-running — digital video series, currently in its fifth season.
I developed and pitched the concept for the show, an effort to establish the publication's online video brand, create a consistent content stream that audiences could anticipate, and parlay existing talent in the newsroom in new multimedia ventures.
I produced and edited two pilot episodes — one on the scientific search for Bigfoot and the other on Seattle's first female mayor Bertha Knight Landes — which shaped the tone and style of the show for many of the seasons that followed.
