A year after the storm, clouds loom for Staten Island businesses

Crain's New York Business

It has been a year since Superstorm Sandy struck the Middle Beach section of Staten Island. This short documentary follows residents and business owners as they attempt to rebuild, and considers how their decisions may shape the fate of the neighborhood they call home. This video was submitted to the Jesse H. Neal Awards with a collection of videos that I produced in my first year at Crain's New York Business, earning the publication a "Best Use of Video" award among business publishers nationwide.
