about me

I’m a nonfiction filmmaker and video producer who has made stories that move people for the past 15 years.

I’ve spent the better part of a decade documenting stories about the natural world and efforts to mend our relationship to it— most recently at King County’s Department of Natural Resources & Parks, and before that as a journalist for PBS and NPR outlets.

As a staff reporter for Earthfix, I covered environmental stories across the Pacific Northwest for public media outlets — such as Cascade PBS (then KCTS9), KUOW, and Oregon Public Broadcasting — and national shows PBS NewsHour and NPR’s Here and Now. Here is a collection of that work.
